Integration Circles

​

After each ceremony, we gather in community to share our experience and begin integrating what we've encountered. Our healing begins deep within, and it will take time to understand every aspect of what we saw, felt, heard, and expressed.

​

In this group, we learn to trust our experiences alongside others who are on their own journey with plant medicine. Through this, we feel connected to a community of like-minded people and come to know the love that comes with it. The people in our circle become our new family.

Gervais, our coach and elder, will be with us in the circle to share her knowledge and guide us toward healing, growth, and understanding. What we have seen and felt will stay with us for a lifetime. We will walk through the world differently — with a new mindset and new eyes.

 

Online, Ongoing Integration: For free, forever

In addition to our post-ceremony integration circles, we offer three opportunities for integration each week. We highly encourage all participants to continue their healing work by joining these calls as often as possible — there is no extra cost to attend. You do not have to have sat in ceremony with us to attend! This is a great space to get connected and ask us/our community members about what we do!

Sunday & Wednesday Nights Integration: 5:30–7:00 PM MST
(An integration circle with tailored shadow work questions, but bring whatever's going on with you, even if you just want to sit in and listen!)

Sunday Morning Dump: 10:00–11:00 AM MST
(Open-format integration: come and dump your sh*t. Good sh*t, bad sh*t, all of it! We're here to chat about what's up in your daily life or inner emotional landscape, support you, and share together!)
